- Client Responsibilities Clients must provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progression. Delays in providing these materials may extend the project timeline.
8. Payment TermsPayment terms for services will be outlined in your project proposal. Late payments may result in delays in service delivery or contract termination. Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Her Higher Standard, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the website or services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
